    New arrival--suggestions welcome
Just got a 2-year-old female tonight, my first dragon. Her conditions weren't the greatest--small-ish tub with no hide or thermometer, kept on Rep Cal Bearded Dragon Food exclusively, water dish in enclosure. But she looked (at least to me) healthy, and certainly acted so. Not lethargic, curious, alert, didn't mind being picked up, no sign of respiratory distress. Something just clicked, so I brought her home. I'd been looking for a BD to adopt for awhile, and this one's tempermant was so good I didn't care that it's missing a couple toes. Still awaiting the final mail-order shipment, so I've improvised the basking spot and hide with cardboard boxes. She's resting comfortably tonight at 75 degrees in an enclosure that's got at least twice the space of the one she was in. First challenge, I think, is getting her on a more varied diet. Im going to try greens and super worms. Any suggestions much appreciated. I'd post a picture, but can't figure out how. Arghh.
