What kind of set up do you have? Love the name by way! Glass tanks are difficult, tubs are easier and heat lamps just bake dry everything!

I was having the same problem, and i bought a small humidifier for the room my BP is in. It makes a HUGE difference! It brought the humidity in the cage up from about 25% to 55%. Thats the only thing that worked for me since i, too, have a glass cage at the moment.

What I used to do with BP's in glass tanks is cover most of the top with some sort of plastic wrap with something to hold it down if necessary this will help keep any moisture in the tank. Plus a little extra misting when you see the BP going through the shed cycle helps just enough.

If you have a glass tank you can
    Partially cover the top
Switch substrate to a one that holds humidity better (Cypress Mulch, Repti-Bark)
Have an additional water dish above the UTH
    Have a humid hide
Have a humidifier that you can turn on while you are there.
    Switch to plastic tub.
