Lucky anole!!

I walked into the reptile room and my heart froze. :eek: My anole was sitting under our reclining mannequin all bright green and bobbing his head . At the feet of the mannequin was our usually vigilant cat taking a nap. I was able to walk up and grab him before he realized he'd been got!!:D His escape route has since been secured.

pshew! thank goodness and definitely a very lucky anole! my husband has 2 anoles that live outside the closed door herp room and it is a daily battle keeping one of the cats off the counter where they are. they are SO intriguing! glad to hear your little one was safely rescued. :)

Congrats on spotting the lucky little guy. I wonder if he had any idea how close he was to ending up lunch. (and when I first glanced at your title, I completely misjudged it.. :oops: )
