    on some peoples signature it says something to the effect of
    "1.0.1- ball pythons" what do the numbers mean??

    The numbers represent how many of what gender animal they're talking about.

    1.0.0 Means one male
    0.1.0 Means one female
    0.0.1 Means one unsexed

    So 1.0.1 Means one male one unsexed...and so on :)

    These numbers are used as an abbreviated way of stating the sex of either an individual or a group of animals. The first number is the number of males in a group, the second is reserved for females and the last number is reserved for unknown or unsexed individuals. (3.2.1 = three males, two females and 1 unsexed animal)
