herpenclosures.com question

I have been looking at the cages and racks from herpenclosures.com and have emailed them several different times about the cages that they have. I haven't gotten any responses from them but was wondering if anyone has seen their cages. I really like the look of their cages, but haven't been able to find any info about the way they're heated. I've heard good things about them and wanted to give them a try, but was wanting to hear from anyone who has had experienced dealing with them.

You should try calling them----and if you can't get in touch with them----reptilebasics.com has a wonderful rack sysytem for a great price--------check them out!! Oh yea the owners name is Rich Great Guy He will repond to your emails, no problem!! :)

I have one of his racks and it's an awesome rack. I e-mailed and called him to make a second purchase but never could get through. You're not the only one having issues getting in touch with him. :confuzd:

By the way, they're heated with flexwatt. Belly heat.

I would really try calling them------something serious could of happened, i think telephone would be the best way to contact, if emails are not answered......... :)
