Nice! i was checking a couple of babies out at the white plains show yesturday, and i got tagged.... awesome snakes though----they are on the list for the future

Thanks! How old were the babies you were looking at and were they northerns or basins?

I'm not sure of the types, but they were pretty small ---hatchling's i would say-----tiny pin holes in my wrist barely felt it

If they were still neos then they must have been northerns. It isn't uncommon for northern ETB neos to be born green, but most are born red/orange. I have never even seen a pic of a green neonate basin. Ones that are born the colors of the neos I posted, won't be completely green for 8-9 months and if well established will be in the range of 20".

Most reputable breeders have websites with husbandry info. There are two sites (forums) devoted to corallus: corallus.com and The treeboa org.

I know I've left some out, but these are folks I know personally and/or have done business with. I avoid wc animals (been there,done that) and IMO the jury is still out on "farmed imports".
