    Late Xmas Present to Myself
    Well, no new house snakes were under my tree, :( so I had to be proactive. I have been looking for some striped house snakes, (Lamprophis lineatus). I have a striped L. Capensis but that is a genetic trait in the species, not the actual species known as the Striped House Snake.

    They are tough to come by but a guy has some on Kingsnake including some sub adults over 2 feet in length! I have a 1.2 trio arriving on Thursday :carrot: so I am really starting to build one of the better house snake colonies in the US now.

    Here is a shot of one of my new beauties, when they actually get here I will post better shots,

    Cool no? Since about the only way to get these at present time is via wild caught stock, hopefully these bigger guys won't be to bitey, :snake2:

    Anyway I can't wait till they get here,
