Snake befriends hamster?

So odd...I don't know if this is a repost, I just randomly came across the article.

I saw that article too but I don't really believe it. Either the snake is not hungry or it dosn't see the hamster as a prey item plus the hamster looks to be too big for that snake. I've never heard of a snake befriending any kind of animal let alone a rodent.

I read the ariticle. the hamster seems way too big for the snake. I heard that the snake was put in the cage and the hamster uses the snakes body as a bed.

if you look at the date on that... it's almost a year old and that's about when it first came onto the forum. if you do a search... you can read the old thread.

i tried to feed my snakes hamster fuzzies, they refused...i don't think that makes them friends

Allow me to edit the title: "Snake doesn't feel like eating hamster; wallows in hamster turds" :rolleyes:

They are just giving the hamster a live chew-toy; I bet he does love it!
