Sorry, I couldn't wait to hold her and what better excuse than her tub needed cleaning. I didn't realize she was quite so big.She has a coil around my ankle and 2 around my foot. We hit it off royaly. Since she has a rep for striking she had to stay a distance from my face. But I got lotsa hugs to my leg for those tasty rats last week. Sorry for bad pic,I didn't want to use a flash since she doesn't know me yet. Lars may have picked a bad snake sitter. She is a sweety . May not want to go home to dad.

Glad you are having fun. Boas have so much personality and even my granny who doesn't like snakes holds my 6' female just because of the pure docile nature. Just do regular handlings and she should turn into the lap snake most B.c.i. are:carrot:

I'll eventually get my own. She is a very nice girl and powerful. I had to unwrap her so I could walk. I can see why he wanted to hold on to them. Very nice snakes, both of them.:D

Awesome; Boas are really awesome snakes; their whole demeanor and attitude is a world away from BPs.. I have one boa and I consider him my main "handling snake."
