heating

does anyone have to use a uth for the cool side & a lamp for the warm?


it seems if I put both at one end then it gets too hot while the cool gets too cool, I've tried the taping of the lid & same

anyway I was wondering if that would work .... it's a 20L glass

if that doesn't work .... I'll think of something else

I moved the light to the other (the end without the uth), moved the uth's probe under the newspaper & it seems the light is going to end up being the cool end with the uth on the warm ............ I hope

You should use the UTH to provide a warm side between 90 to 94 degrees that will help your BP with digestion.

For the cool side if you have trouble maintaining temp between 80 to 94 you can use an additional heat source with an additional thermostat or you can have a space heater in the room where your BP is kept.

Remember that no matter what heat source you are using you MUST have a thermostat o control the temp and avoid overheating that could cause burns to your BP or even death
