Back-up-disking..

I just wanted to advise anyone and everyone; if you have important files or photos on your computer, please back them up. I lost a ton of photos from our computer (we are getting a free restore disk from HP, but it still won't bring them back.) Luckily, I use Photobucket and another photh gallery, so I can just re-download them, but I just thought I'd recommend this..

It's always good to be reminded of this from time to time. ;)

....you don't have to lose them. Unless the hard drive itself is dead you can pop your drive into someone else's computer as a slave drive and salvage the files if they are not corrupt.



However making DVD archives of your data is a good idea also.
