Phone tax refund

I was just sent a email with this link that involves phone users getting a tax refund on your 2006 income tax.Read it and claim your money when you file this year. http://www.snopes.com/business/taxes/excise.asp

My accountant called me a while ago just giddy about this one ... LOL ... forty bucks ... LOL ... I guess he was trying to do what he could to make me feel good about the checks I have to write this year. :rofl:

LMAO .Heck we will get $50 and it will be even more money for me to spend on my snakes :8: :P

I only have a cell phone.. the phone company demanded a huge reconnection fee years ag as the farmhouse we live in, hadn't had a phone for years before we moved in.. so we just use our cells. Crap, I coulda got money..! ;)

You could still get money I think. We haven't finished getting paid for 2006, so nobody's filed taxes for it yet.

I thought i would bring this back to the front for all to see.Its for real as we got $50 :carrot: .

Cool. I'm expecting a rather hefty refund this year. No plans though with the money but to save it. Only thing I really want is a killer pair of headphones. Other then that, nothing else. Including snakes! ... Yes, I said it.

My refund was a little disappointing.. oh well, better than having to pay i guess.. it is amazing how much the state takes from a person.. sad. :(

Yea i have heard they bite really hard when they take your money :mad: .To bad we can not hold our snakes as dependents :8: :8: ,some would get millions back for sure :P

Now you have to mention this refund to your tax person as some might forget about it.Yea we really believe you will not buy any snakes :rolleyes: ,seems i remember a thread a short time back needing help to not buy a snake :8: .Just giving you a hard time here :D :P
