    Were they quarantined from each other when you got one and then the other? 2-3 months minimum.

    A pillowcase works just as well when cleaning out a cage. I would never put any of my snakes together in another's enclosure, especially if one hasn't even been quarantined(it would be in a separate BUILDING, but that's beside the point).
