paint job?

ok so my SO is a bike person...not like Lance, but he does enjoy riding, and he wants to get a fancy new bike next year.

my question is, anyone think a BP pattern painted onto the bike would look neat? I told him I can do it, but wanted to know what someone else thought

hmmm..maybe a snake head on the gas tank?

scales...eh....can't really see it happening

I think it would be neat, but it would be a chore...

With the "Lance" reference I'm thinking the OP is talking about a bicycle...not a motorcycle.


Although scale type paint job on my motorcycle sounds awesome, I had a friend practicing on some of my old helmets that he wanted to do a the scale theme on.

It's hard to picture how it would look on a bike frame. Especially a road bike...they tend to not give you a lot of surface area to work with. :P Do you have an old bike that you could practice on...just to get a general idea of how it will come out? It might look really awesome, but like I said, it's just hard for me to picture.
