fedex charges on my credit card

Ok, I signed up for an account on fedex.com to start the process of getting certified.

I then noticed I had a $10 charge on my card from Fedex
I didn't read anything about them authorizing my card.

I asked Andre if he had that problem and he said they put it back on the card so I didn't worry about it.

I looked again yesterday at my CC account and I had ANOTHER $10 charge on my card.

so they've charged $20 and have not put anything back on my card.

is this normal?

Yes they are charging me everytime I ship an order. To verify my card they charge it 3 times for 10.00 it take about 4 days for it to come off. They also charge me for stuff I don't ship and one time the charged me 144.00 they said I shipped out 4 boxes and it was only 1. It took 2 weeks before they put the money back in my account. I have problems everytime I ship.

when I started my account I had 3 10.00 charges to my card. It is to verify the card or account. It all comes off in a few days.
