    Oh NO!!
Ok i have a serious problem. My baby has a little bit of a respitory infection. I was, i don't want to say bad, but yeah it wasn't good. so i raised the temp and brought the humidity down a little. My temps are, 94 and 84 constantly, and since he is shedding i took the humidity down to 50 (it was at 60 since he is shedding) Now i seldomly her any "pops" and he isn't holding his mouth open anymore at all. Should i still go and see a vet? And jw is this contageous?

Raising the temps only mask's the problem for a spell. It doesn't make it go away. You need to take it to the vet as soon as you can.

Regardless of what you may report here, the only way you can be sure is to take your snake to a good herp vet for a check up.

Raising the temps has been recorded as helping, but to be sure, if it was me, I'd take my snake to the vet. =)

(oh and in fact, I did when I thought my Suri had RI..)

A veterinary visit so that he can do a culture and prescribe the right antibiotics is in order. As already mentioned, raising temps and humidity only alleviates the symptoms, but does not "cure" your snake of a RI.
