    urgent help needed
    ok so my ball, has shed... sort of. it never came off in one peice and now he has like three quaters of it off? his tail is still covered and he is struggling trying to get it off but cant, what can i do?

    the only thing that i have heard people say in this situation is go ahead and soak him in some warm water.

    I prefer to soak them in warm water and then use a slightly damp warm towel to let them slither through.

    get a small rubbermaid tub with a locking lid, drill some holes in it, fill it up with warm water just deep enough that it goes halfway up your snake's side and put the snake in it. put the tub on the warm end of the snakes enclosure (so the water doesnt get too cold) and leave the snake in it for about 30 minutes, put the snake back in the enclosure and it will rub off on its own fine but you can help it after you've taken the snake out if you want.

    The tub thing works. I had to use it for my Monty when his first shed didn't go well. Good luck!

    yeah man all is well. i used the tub thanx guys!!! im sorry it took so long to post but someone had hit one of the contorl boxes and i had no internet for the last day or so :(
