AnimalPlastic & SpyderRobotics Response?

I ordered a rack from Animal Plastics and a Therm. from Spyder Robotics last night and I'm just wondering if I should recieve some sort of email. I placed my order and just got a "Thanks For Your Business." Shouldn't I recieve an email telling me about my order, when it will be shipped and how long it should take to arrive? I pretty much charged up a CC and now I'm completely in the dark as what is going on with my purchase.

Ok awesome... and have you purchased anything from either of these 2? About how long should it be before they ship?

Kyle, Spyder Robotics has an excellent reputation for shipping sameday/next day and your items arriving within 2-4 days. I recieved my Herpstat ND in about 2 days...wasn't even expecting it for another day or 2.

as for AP...dunno. have not ordered from them yet. You don't have anything to worry about. If it makes you feel more comfortable, just shoot them an e-mail and ask what's going on.

received a herpstat from spyder in 2-3 days here also.

Also received a herpstat blazing fast.

Animal Plastics has a much shorter lead time today than they did a couple of years ago. In any event, just give them a call, the girl that answers the phone is extremely nice and will let you know exactly when your order will be ready to go out.

Agreed on all counts. I think they have worked out any bugs in the manufacturing process and get things out on time. Its what good businesses do! :rockon:
