Picture set up

So, i am planning on setting up a permanent set up for taking pictures, and wanted to know what color i should have the backdrop? I have a really nice maroon/purple thing, greay, brown with tan hawaiin flowers on it, maroon with gold embroidery, white mesh, and a million diffrent colored towels (black, pink, orange, green, striped, etc etc)

I would personally try to keep the area as versitile as possible... you might end up wanting to experiment with new angles of lighting, backdrops, etc.
