    Looking for Someone to Build...
    ....a customized snake rack/cabinet.

When we move to TX in a few weeks, the office (where my BP is kept) will be in a more "public" place of the house, rather than tucked away in a back room where it is now. My husband is concerned about two issues: One...he doesn't want anything to look "crappy"....and Two....he wants people to not even be aware there is a snake in the house, if they are uncomfortable with them.

    Fair enough.

So....I'm looking for a furniture quality piece with maybe five or six shelves large enough to hold adult BP tubs and multiple baby tubs. (One shelf for Kisasa...one for her future boyfriend...and some for da babies!!)

It would need built-in heat (flexwatt)...and attractively cut ventilation slits along the sides. Most of all (and this is the tricky part) it would need doors like an entertainment armoir that can slide back out of the way when opened...but be closed at any time to hide all that is inside while still looking like an attractive piece of furniture.

I would, of course, pay for all materials and your labor....and I'll be able to drive up to three hours in any direction (or a few more, if I'm driving up toward/near Dallas where I have family to visit anyhow).

Is there anyone relatively local to San Antonio that has good woodworking skills (and knowledge of snake racks) that would be willing to take on this job? Please PM me! :D

If your willing to build it he can design it, or design it and then pre cut the wood for you and ship it with instrections. you can PM me for his details if you like. I dont know what he would charge for it but I think it would be 100% cheaper than buying a full blown prebuilt rack or having a place make it for you.

    Hope this helps.
