    New Cage!! (almost done!!)
Alright here it is. This cage has been soooo long in the making, but I decided to finish it and now I'm so close. I need to put the vents in in the back, put the flexwatt in and the lights. Right now its just drying and I'll let it dry through the weekend.

    Thanks! :)
I haven't put them on yet, but some kind of latch. I haven't decided on the style of latch I want.

Cool; that gives you a nice big full opening for cleaning time.. my sliding-front-door cage does not offer that.. only can clean half of it out at a time..!

    love it!

this is the type of setup I've been wanting to make (or have someone make for me)

my stepdad is a cabinet maker so I think I'll see if he can help

can you give me an idea of how much you spent?

Its not real cheap building one like this. It will depend on the type of wood you use. and how you want to heat it. I have pretty nice wood to give it a panel look to it, and flexwatt in each cage with plexi over the flexwatt, so all the plexi in mine added up a bit (including the windows) Plan for at least 100-150 in wood, then you gotta look at heating/lighting/thermostat. You could get some cheaper wood and cut down on expense though.

    thanks for the info

luckily my stepdad can use wood from work so the plexi would be the most expense
