Ads that make you go hmmm

I was browsing a popular classifieds site (general, not just reptiles) and saw this ad....

"these to have grown up together for the last 7 years. the were bought together as babies and have been buds ever since, living in the same cage.i would like to keep them together. they live in a 40 gal glass breeder reptile tank. it has duel heat lite for above and hot rox for below. i made a homemade screen top.

they require a 150.00 re-home adoption fee for a loving home. my kids have handled these guys almost everday for 7 yrs. both are very friendly and were used in free shows at the local schools for 5 years. i have worked with reps for 40 yrs and you can be sure they are very healthy.

ball- eats frozen rats or mice will take live if you want. this snake has never struck. about 3 ft and with small spurs. think is female

skink; eats about anything fruits,cat food, worms chrickets small mice etc. she is very happy and never bit or tried. she has great lite colors."

... So this dude had a BP and a skink together in the same cage with heat rocks? Why not give Bin Laden the keys to the girls locker room and some plutonium?

I bet he works at a petco or another one of those well informed pet stores that only hire the most knowledgeable employees.:rolleyes: :rofl: :rofl: I think someone should contact him and tell him about ball-pythons.net.Tell him how we need him to tell us all how to PROPERLY keep our reptiles together just like he does.:rolleyes: :irkd:

I just think it's kinda sad that his children are also learning this way. Hopefully they'll be open to learning the correct way when they get around to doing it.
