Rack setup sticky?

has anyone thought of doing a rack setup sticky? Like what material to use to make the rack/ where to buy a good one? What tubs to use? How to setup heat tape/flexwatt? How to drill holes to control humidity? etc

I have looked and have seen a few threads on the subject but nothing in too much detail. I would love a sticky like this one right about now! :)

There are too many options, vendors, and $4 ranges to decide on.
And i thought shoe shopping was a pain. :D
