    my rack! finally!
I am almost finished with my rack for my S-lite 9160's! I drew up some measurements Saturday night, drew the cuts out on a piece of MDF and some melamine and today started cutting away! I made this to hold 4 1960's so it is not very large at all. It is only about 26" tall made with 3/4" MDF shelves, bottom, and top, and 3/4" melamine for the sides and back(I had some extras). I am putting it together in a few minutes and will post pics later tonight before it gets painted. I made the shelves 36x17 to give me some extra space and will be running 11" flexwatt down the back side and see if I can get a 91* hot spot. If not, each shelf will have its' own 1 foot section of 11". I am trying this way because I figure the way it is laid out, it will hold heat very well and I will get a constant temp among the tubs since they all have the same amount of tape around it, as opposed to every shelf with its' own and some have heat tape on top of it as well. It will be a rack where the narrow end slides out to give the snake more privacy and I can always add more racks and take up minimal space.

After I got it in my room the tubs went in surprisingly tight! They were fine before, maybe it has something to do with the flexwatt being under the tub now? I ended up having to run the flexwatt on the bottom side of each tub because my back was not straight(hey it is my first wood project by myself), so the back piece would not stay on right so I took it off.
