    IRIS CB-70 Actual Size?
Anyone know the actual size of the IRIS CB-70 tubs? Or better yet...anyone with a home made rack have actual space measurements for the CB-70 tub?

The reason I am asking is that are several different size listed on the internet.

    http://www.arscaging.com/htm/tubs.html
ARS-70 (may not be exact replacemetn for the CB-70)
    33x17x5.25

    http://www.habitatsystemsltd.com/
    HS-CB-70
    33.5x17.75x5.25

    http://www.reptiletubs.com/
    CB-70
    33.5x17.75x6

    http://www.irisusainc.com
    B-70
    33.5x17.75x6

Working on plans for a homemade rack!
    Thanks!

    Actual dimension of the tubs (w/o lid) are 33.25 x 17.5 x 5.25.

Do you have a heated snake room? If so I would go with an open air rack over melamine as it is MUCH lighter. Here is a shot of one of our open air wooden frame CB-70 racks, it maybe weighs 50 lbs (don't mind the bird or her waste, it was her perch for a while when I didn't have the snakes to fill it up :D)

All of our racks will hopefully be similar to this soon, I just love the design.

I have a heated room for now. I maybe moving as a result of work...and if that is the case...I am not positive I will have a dedicated room. sooooo..... i was planning on melamine. However, do you suppose some sort of paneling would cover the sides in a pinch? like insulation board?
