    How should he return it?
Hello, I have a friend that is in a bit of a pickle right now. He bought 2 ball pythons from a guy and the guy shipped them to him. When he got them they where alot smaller than what they where suppose to be. He has a fedex account but is not certified. He wants to know how he is suppose to return them? Thank you.

There is no one that lives by him that is certified. It would take to long for him to get certified. What if he ships it back to the guy via fedex and just put the guys name for the to and from part and then just change addresses. would that work?

how much smaller is "a lot smaller"? Did the seller deliberately lie about their size?

smaller meaning they are around 850 grams and where suppose to be 2000 grams each. He said that the person he bought them from sold the original 2000 gram ones after my friend paid him and so the seller sent him what he had left.

I do not want to say the sellers name right now because the seller did tell him that he would get a full refund and that he made a mistake and shouldnt have sold the original ones. The seller isnt a breeder though. He owns a petstore and gets them in once in a while.
