Hmmm....a bite?

I had pearl out tonight and she was around my neck. She was just working her way around my neck and I felt a little pinch, then the sound of teeth coming out of my skin. There's about 5 little pin holes that bled very little. I wonder if this was a bite or just her getting her head under the coils and hanging me with a few teeth. lol :confused:

I think you have had your first bite in the neck:P .Did you jerk her or move suddenly? Has she ever been aggressive or anything?

No sudden movements, no aggression, nothing. Just her doing the little squeezing on my neck as she moved around, then a pinch. No strike or anything. I know kingsnakes will sometimes just slowly go up and bite, but I haven't heard of a BP doing that. She is getting ready to shed, but just her belly is a little pink, no where near being in the blue.

She was probably aggravated and decided to take it out on your neck...

You may want to try feeding her to see if she is hungry as well.

Could be aggrevation, my wife's dog walked by a few minutes before it happened. I fed her Saturday and she ate like a champ. I'll let her settle down for about a day, then I'll see about atitude.
