Hey Everybody !!!!
Well, I went to my primary care doctor today to discuss the results of my blood work and lab results....I was actually sort of nervous as the last time I had a complete physical examination/lab tests was many years ago - so I was scared that something was gonna pop up. The doctor told me that I was in FANTASTIC health !!!!!!!! She went over my blood work and showed and explained everything to me. My cholesterol is as low as it can go, my blood sugars are non diabetic, my prostate is totally normal,everything is at an optimal level !!!!!!!!
Man, Oh What A Feeling....I am finally seeing the results of the fitness program I have been on for the last year - I still have a ways to go as far as losing weight ( I was weighing 287 a year ago and today I weigh 250 ) but all the walking I do and weight training is showing some effects. My goal is to be a solid muscular 215 which is about right for my height and frame. This was really good news for me today because the last year and a half has been dreadful since my moms passing...I think she would be proud of me that I am getting back on my feet and doing well. I just had to tell you guys and gals about my physical results...I am really relieved and happy ya know...!!!!!
