    I got this last year from my uncle, he said it works but I have no idea how to play one and I really have no need for it. It says Fender on the handle thingy, but I dont know if its a true fender. It had a few dings on it but other than that my uncle says it works. Someone told me it was a bass but I have no idea. Looking for Balls or other snakes for trade.

    Yep. Apparently a very old Fender bass. Also appears to have the plastic coated strings. Those things are SO easy on the fingers. One thing you might want to include is a measurement from the thin thing the strings touch up at the top of the neck, to where they touch the metal thing under that cover. That's a major aspect of what type of bass it is, and that one appears to be a short scale, which i have only seen a few of.

    alright, like I said, I have no idea what this thing is and its really no use at all to me. Ill get the mesurements later today.
