Anyone know??

Just curious about something. I always check our local want adds and I came across someone offering morfs and he had no price listing. So I emailed him specificly with questions on the Piebalds he had listed. I received an email back asking what I was looking for stating he could get pics to me over the weekend. With this he also listed prices, 800 for juvies & sub-adults and 1200 for adults ready to go this season. He also requested my phone number.
I know when a deal looks to good to be true. My question is has anyone ever heard of a breeder from Kirbi AL by the name of Maxwell? I would hate to see people get scammed but Id also hate to ruin someone's reputation. This guy is also offeing to sell eggs... So I just wouldnt feel morally right if I didnt turn him into the site he has posted on "if" he is a scam artist.

I guess the first thing that I wondered was why someone would sell morphs through a local want ad? That's where you buy used end tables, not thousand dollar snakes. But, who knows???...:)

Also, if this guy is in Kirbi Alabama, why would he advertise a local want ad in Utah? Be very wary! ;)

Oh yeh I will "NOT" be buying from him. I am just trying to see how legit he is, I dont like scamming in any way shape or form. Ive been doing searches and come up with nothing and just realized the zip code he uses is for CA not AL.

Could be a Jobber.

He does all the ads and selling of animals from breeders he knows, not animals he has. Lots of jobbers get nailed up as a scammer cuz nothing matches up. However it doesnt match up cuz they are not the breeder. Not saying this person isnt a scammer but you just never know.

The KEY words i see that makes this smell like tuna is,he will sell the 'EGGS' also.No one will sell the eggs because no way of telling whats really inside;) .He does sound like the NIGERIANS who are also trying to sell exotic bird EGGS also:mad: .I would safely say this guy is scum and a scammer!!:mad:
