    flexwatt questions
ok so I finally got wise and got some flexwatt tape for my bins. my father-in-law is an electrician so he is going to help me make all the necessary connections, etc.

my big question is this : in a few parts

(I have bins that are 38"x20"x7".)

    1. I ordered 4 11" sections of flexwatt. I have the connections for 2.
*are 2 panels too much for one bin if they are on different dimmer switches?

*can I wire up 2 panels on the same switch or do they have to have their own?

I guess this is where I beg for someone to find me a GOOD link to help me out since I'm technologically challenged.

    Please Please Please :rolleye2:

No, two panels aren't too much especially if they're on two different controllers. Becky (SatanicIntention) just told me about a setup that involves two 11" panels with one on a dimmer, but both are hooked up to a thermostat. This allows a perfect cool/warm gradient.

Anyway, multiple panels can be connected in parallel or in series, but I believe the most common method is in parallel. Here's a link on how to do it: http://www.beanfarm.com/heating/Flexwatt_parallel.pdf

Your father-in-law should be about to solder the connections. Let me know if you need more specific info. ;)
