Finally! (DU warning!)

I finally managed to snap some pics of this Tokay outside of the cage! She was fiesty, and I payed for these pics with blood lol, but it was worth it! Enjoy!....and thank my fingers for taking the bite :P

Ok the first pic looks like she is smiling deviously..she has something up her sleve... after the last pic if i were her i'd have bit you too...lol :bolt:

Great shots though..are they usually that agressive?? They look too sweet.

It's not aggressiveness its defensiveness...and absolutely normal with Tokays.

Imagine Godzilla coming at you with his big mits, I think you'd be a little snappy as well.;)

Tokays CAN be tamed, it takes a ton of work/time....NERD has a few I saw in Chicago that would lay right in their hands.

The red tokay that NERD has is unbelievable. The Christensen's (wrote the book on day geckos) have a pair of super tame tokay's as well.

Nice pics... one thing I may have noticed is the high flash seems to wash out some colors?
