thanks JLC.....my opinion on this is i think she was way too over stressed.. although i told him how to take care of BP and made him read a bunch of articles, he handled her way too often in the 1st week he got her....

he had mocha for 2 weeks and she seemed perfectly hapy and healthy....her temps were good no scars nothin..... ya hes getting another one pretty soon but what worries me is that hes done things liek this in the past and never learns from it....and what was really ironic/akward was that i was more sad about it than he was.....he was just like " ya....but im getting another one next week". but i guess you cant change someones mind about these things.... :(

dont think so :D but i wasnt there....all he told me was when he came back from the bathroom she was moving rapidly and swinging her tail and shaking...? her stomach was on top too if that helps.....

he wants a pastel now....all i told him was before you buy anything that is alive...you might want to research on it...

I'd recommend that your friend take the snake to a vet to have a necropsy done, tested for IBD, parasites etc...

Ball Pythons should "just die"...something is going on there. I'd definitely find out what happened to it before he/she gets a new one...

    Disinfect everything!
