When my BP is rubbing his head I am guessing he is going to go into shed, should I be misting the enclosure more than once a day??

The point is to raise humidity to help your bp with the shed. Folks who keep them in tanks usually try and bump it up to around 70% or so. Just keep your eye on your hygrometer and if it should drop below established parameters, mist again to raise it back up.
Note: Depending on your surroundings your relative humidity in the tank may drop gradually or at a much faster pace. This means you could be misting a lot more around your schedule. Many find it easier to provide the snake with a humid hide instead.

If you can't get the humidity up, you can always use a sweater box.

Get a small rubbermaid or sterilite container and add damp sphagnum moss. Cut out a hole in it and you have your self a humid hide that your ball python can use during shed cycles.
