he turned down his food

I gave my Bp a Rat today and normaly he snaches it right up but today he was scared of it and totaly rejected it. i changed his hied because the other one was too mall do u think this could be the resone behind his rejection of food if so should i poot the other hide back in... and how long should i wait until i offer him another meal ?? :(:mad:

Let him get used to the new hide for a week (providing he fits snugly) and offer food again in a week.

What type of method do you use? (live,f/t,p/k) Make sure the temps and humidity are at the right levels.
