    Has anyone bred the different variations together?

    I've questioned this before and the consensus was that each one is a separate morph and cannot be bred together.


    It would be cool though!!

    Well, they can be bred together to create double hets that can be bred back to each other for a double recessive. However, I've never heard of this being done. Creating a double recessive animal is a very time-consuming process and I imagine most breeders choose to use their expensive recessive animals for projects that are more likely to produce visually stunning results.


    Although, who's to say that a Caramel and Lavendar would not be an amazing combo??? It's all a gamble.

    I have albino caramel X albino double hets that I am raising up, dont really know what to expect. its a very long ride on the recessive train. :)

    I kind of expected you would have to go the double het route for Carmel x albino, but what about the Lavender? It seems like that might be compatible with a regular albino... :confused:

    They've been proven to NOT be compatible. RDR did some stuff with Lav Albino to SOMETHING... I forgot what... DH for Snow?? Anyway... never popped out an albino..
