    Male introduction question
So Aud and I now have a lovely lemon pastel male that we want to breed with the 1 (possibly 2) breedable females that we own...but I had a question.

I have read a lot of posts here that discuss introducing the male into the female's habitat. However, I keep seeing pictures that other members post of locks. The tubs I see in these pictures appear to be completely empty...or wide open...or much taller than the tubs most people talk about. I know the tub that our females are in are only 6.5 inches high...and when they are slid into the rack (which is how the females are most comfortable), they really don't allow for very good pictures. So, to those of you that are breeding successfully, especially those that have posted pictures....are your females habitats just that tall and wide open to allow such good camera access? Or, are people (and is it advisable) using a completely seperate tub / environment and moving both the male and the female into that??

I thought I had it down with the "introduce the males into the females' habitats" theory...but then the pictures got me wondering. Thanks for any input!

My females are in 41qt Sterilite Tubs.... They're fairly shallow... Maybe 8" tall.... but plenty of room for a male and female to... ahem.... court each other... and such... <sheepish grin>
