    Doesn't want to shed!
Ok last Tuesday my boy Kole and my boy Ceasar went into full blue. Well Friday Kole shed completely (except for 2 small spots of stuck shed) and Ceasar shed from the tip of his bottom jaw to the start of his neck... and a chunk around one eye (taking the eye cap too!). But it is now 2 days after friday and he hasn't shed anything else off? What do I do? Is something wrong?

He is in a 28qt tub with ambient hum reading of 53-60%. His cool and hot sides both maintain normal temps 82-94.

let him/her soak in water for maybe 7-10 minutes, light dry with a paper towel. should have a complete shed with in 24 hours. For future reference, you're snake's eyes will turn blue for a few days, when they go clear again, let them swim in the tub/sink for 10-15 minutes (somewhat warm water) and make sure the tub/sink is clean. They should have a complete shed within 24 hours.

You might want to get that down a lil bit. 60ish is usually better during a shed, then back down to 50ish when they're done. When the humidity is that high, you run the risk of your snake developing a respitory (sp?) infection

    Hope I helped!!

Ok last night I gave Ceasar a soak in a cool whip container for about 30-45 minutes. Well I checked him this morning an he has shed of about 50-60% of the shed. It is coming off in pieces... not what I intended! I have had him in a tub since the day I received him with a hum level of 53-60% and normal temps. Why is he having trouble shedding?

I guess no one can explain why he is having trouble shedding huh? I guess I'll just hope for better luck next time. :D
