    help with thermostat
    Hey all,

I just opened my HERPSTAT 2 and plugged it in. The screen was reading error # 1 and 2 for like 3 min. and then it just shut off! I was reading the manual and it doesn't say anything about the error messages and shutting off. If you own one of these, has it ever done this to you? Say error and then after a few min. just shut off, or is mine malfunctioning???? Please help, thanks

OK, I just read that it has a internal error detection than shuts off the heat, so I guess that means the unit itself.
