    I just want to write that since I've brought a few things at different times from Rich at reptilebasics.com that I am VERY happy with his customer service! He is super fast with getting back to emails and when he receives payment - your stuff goes out the NEXT day, if not later that day! The LONGEST I've ever had to wait for something to get to my house was a whole 4 days! Most of it came 2 days later. He sends you tracking info for it also and all of that good ol' stuff! He gets an A+ in my buyers book!!!

    Rich is a great guy and his customer service is EXCELLENT! I would buy from him again in a second.

    I ordered a rack from Rich last Friday - It shipped that day, and I had it here this past Tuesday "1 day earlier than expected" - Fast service - I would definately do business again :rockon:

    I buy all my heating supplies from Rich now - I get it when I need it - no delays, no excuses! :D

    Rich is a great guy, and really practices great customer service! I wouldn't think to buy my heating/thermostat supplies from anywhere else!

    Thanks for all of the kind words here. I do not get to spend as much time on forums as some of my competitors do and intentionally avoid posting in threads like this most of the time, but I do get to look around now and then and like what I see :) . Racks/cages have kept me pretty much swamped and as a byproduct we are selling more thermostats and other supplies than I would have ever expected. I have also been fortunate enough to meet many of you at shows which is always a pleasure. So why is it I owned/operated a retail store for 10+ years?? Business has been better than ever and I appreciate all of your support. Thanks again.......

    I too have ordered from Rich and recommend him highly. Both on his product line AND his after purchase support. He responds to all my emails and never seems to be rushed or bothered. A++++++++++++++
