    She's stuck
I just fed my BP as usual and after she ate she when straight to her Hide box, like always. The Hide box has two entries, one round hole basicallly the same diameter as the snake's body, and a rectangle opening on the other side. She tried to get in thru the hole but the rat in her stomach don't let her pass. Now she has about 2/3 of her body inside the box and the other 1/3 outside, I tried to help her go back but she is so stress she hissing and striking.

    What coul I do?

??? What kind of hide box is it? When my snake's butt got too fat for her hides, they just lift up as she slides into them. Whatever you use as hides should be something that lifts right off the top of the snake relatively easily.

As for what to do...I dont know what to tell you because I can't really picture the situation and what might be needed to fix it.

Thanks for you replies, she unstucked herself:carrot: . For how long should I leave her alone to calm down? one day? two days?

For both hides I use a bird nesting wood box. But one of the sides of each box comes out completely so I can get them out easily. I never thought she was going to get stuck in the hole, it seems that I should make the holes bigger now.

Well, you should leave her alone for 48 hours after eating anyhow. ;)

As for the nesting boxes...I would be afraid of wood harboring bacteria and other nasty stuff because its so porous. But definitely make the holes bigger until you decide to get new hides, if you do.
