Got good news and bad... (DUW later tonight)

Well Bad news first, I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong with the rat and mouse breeding so I went back to petco to ask some questions.

Come to find out I was right about the "breeder" steralizing the mice and rats befor selling. I dont know how but I do know it is true. The would breed but nothing would happen.

So on to the good news... I'm heading out the door right now to pick up a butt load of proven breeder rats form a local woman who over heard my talk with the rodent guy a PC, she is giving me as much as I need to start breeding. I will post pics as soon as I get home.

I might have some more good news by the end of this month .... The same gal with the rats had me meet with a Blood Python breeder and He has a Black blood hatchling that needs a home but it will be by next month if I know fully if I will be taking this little one home.

It's always so nice to meet fellow reptile people at petco rather than those "ew you got snakes...only weird people have snakes...and you feed it rats!?!?!

Sorry I found out it is not a "Black blood" it is a Borneo Blood? what ever that is.... I have heard of black bloods and Borneo Short-tailed pythons only. but i'm posting a new thread about it in blood pythons.
