    Emerald tree boa?
    Does anyone know anything about them? Do they make good pets? Are they hard to find? How big do they get? How long do they live? Any help would be appreciated.

    They aren't the best "pets". More of a "look how pretty they are" type snake. Very nasty bite on them too! They WILL leave a nice mark.

    Jim is right they get to be It hink like 7 to 8 feet long and all teeth. He is right on the money when he said they are a display snake not a here let the three year old hold it. most Arborial (sp) snakes are that way. They have different humidity requirements and heating and caging they will need a tall cage and basking spots with plenty of silk plants and what not to hide in. Hope this helped
