Question about max humidity
I would like to know what exactly is the MAX HUMIDITY a ball can handle? I know the care sheet says 55-60, but is it bad that it reaches maybe 66-70? Is it that big of a deal to where I need to fix it immediately or is it fine? Thanks
Re: Question about max humidity
i believe it's alright for a couple days but eventually can cause skin problems. it also promotes mold and bacteria growth in the enclosure. i'd say try to figure out how to lower it down. what type of enclosure do you have? tub--> poke a couple more holes, aquarium--> i don't know how it got that high but move the water to the cool side. i'd recommend just turning on a fan to see if it drops it. i know that humidity at 65-70plus is only alright for the couple days when your snake is in blue or time between until shed. maybe that helps? hope so. :) i'm sure a lot more people will follow-up on this.

Yea, I'm using a tub. Just moved her from her glass tank to it today. I figured I need some more holes, just my dad has the drill in his truck and won't be back for a couple hours so I was just curious if she could stay in there with the humidity at that level. It's sitting at 66 right now, so it's not TOO bad. So if she can last a couple days, then surely she can last a few hours. Thanks!
