How long do pet ball pythons live?

I've heard anywhere from 25-40 years. But for the average well cared for ball, how long can you expect them to live?

I think the record is 47.. but depending on the husbandry.. if it is spot on, then maybe 30 years? If it is poorly cared for, then anywhere from 10 to 15 I would guess..
