Just a simple Little question????

:bolt: I have an 8 month old bp named monty the pic in my avatar is him well he or she never got him probed yet not really interested too but was thinkin it would be cool to know if hes a he or if hes a she u know what i mean well anyway i was wondering how often do they or are they supposed to deficate he eats regularly once a week on thursdays 2 jumpers/fuzzies and hes already had 3 perfect sheds since i had him at the age of 3 months but hes deficated on me 3 times so far since ive had him and but he does deficate in his tank too but i was wondering how many times and how often does he go still confused about it :confused:

There's no set "schedule"... He'll go when he's ready to go... Usually when sheds are upcomming, you'll notice that your bp won't deficate UNTIL the shed... other than that, it could be every week, or it could be every month... Even if he gets into a "routine" though, and he misses a couple in a row, that doesn't mean he's in any trouble, or sick.

I find that with the 31 that I have, if I clean cages on Wednesday, they usually leave me a nice present on Thursday. :)

Now where's the fun in that? :rofl: Sorry, no there isn't anyway to train him but you can look for the telltale bulge by the tail and avoid handling then. ;)

You can also handle the rats/mice more. That will help to get YOU used to being pooped on!

One of my most embarrasing snake moments happened at a reptile show last month. I was "showing off" one of my acquisitions to a breeder friend, when she let loose (the snake, not my friend). Not poop, but urine and urates. ALL OVER his display table, on him, on my daughter, on the floor in front of the table.

I kinda figured there was no way but hes a sneaky snake when it comes to that cuz ill be sittin or something and he will crawl into my shirt down by my side and it feels like he curls up and then he just lets loose i mean it dont bother me its just annoying when u have to get changed all over again because of it o well lol

you can always give them a swift spank on the rear then put their nose in it and say NO MONTY! lol, that s how i trained my brother to use the toilet. lol

LMFAO lol thats all i can think of right now is to say lol to all that thanks people for the ideas and how u get a snake to play dead and all that crazy non-sense
