When should I see sperm plugs?

My male is about 750grams and I've yet to see sperm plugs. Don't know when I should start seeing them? I saw a lot of people saying they saw them at around 400g or so. Late bloomer?:confused:

Breeders most often find them while popping their males ... it's rare to just "find" them laying around.

I saw a few pictures with them stuck to sheds, is this not common?

I wish I knew someone in my area that could teach me how to pop :confuzd:

Do males produce these year round or only after being cooled and what not?

Once mine started producing sperm plugs, I saw them whenever I popped, no matter the season (given of course that I'm not popping every day, but maybe once a month - not to see sperm plugs, but more for practicing my popping technique).
