ever look at the mice you buy for your bp and feel sry for them? i dont. but my little brother however made me feel guilty bout to of the mice and i let him keep them. This morning he wakes me to tell me they had a liter of 9!!! besides the fact that its kinda cool, that means free food for my snake :)

    LOL

I never feel sorry for them, except when I have to keep a rat pup for 2 weeks while my guy is in shed. Then I feel sorry for it / kind of get a bit attched since I have to feed and water it. I also say sorry to those rat pups when the time comes to put them in with Sebastian. I guess because I use to have rats as pets a few years ago, so I still like them.

Nope. Don't feel sorry for them. They have an intended purpose....now if someone intended them to be pets, and were neglecting them, I would feel sorry for them. But, purchased as the intention of feeding, nope. don't feel sorry for em'. I looove me a good steak..:hungry:

For myself, I don't see it as a problem. It's all in the way you view them. I'm a little concerned about my daughter, however. She's the one who gets up set when we spray for ants or swat flies. We'll see how she does feeding a cute little fuzzy to her snake . . .
