O yea it kills the little buggers on contact:mad: .Are you sure they are infact mites? Sometimes wood substrates have wood creatures in them, you bake the substrate to kill the bugs before using it:P .:snake2:

You mean someone at the Daytona show sold you a snake with your mites .... shocker!!!

Ditch the reptile relief and get Provent -a- Mite ... ever since they shut down Black Knight, PAM is where it's at.

    Really?!
Daytona was, after all,a reptile expo.Id expect nothing less, from any animal outside my own collection.
Anyway its not as if They're loaded with them.
A few on the lid is all Iv noticed on one snake.
    I'm sure you'd agree,not all people are as meticulous about such things,as I am,or you I'm sure.:sweeet:

Shows = Mites ... if you go and you look, you'll see them ... I spotted several snakes on tables with mites on them at the Daytona show .... that's just the biz.

That's why I brought my Provent A Mite with me to Daytona and also pre-treated the enclosures when I got home! :D

Reptile Relief does work well, I used it on both my babies when I brought them home. You should however like what was said above treat again after 4 days or so.

I have used Reptile Relief before. It works great, but it is kind of a pain because you have to spray it on the snake. The bottle says to use it every 3 days and if you do so a few times then the snake should be rid of the mites/ticks.
