    Question....
Just another quick question for everyone. A while ago I was told about bp's eyes "denting"...I just noticed that my little guy's right eye has a "dent" in it. This should go away with his next shed right? Also, how do these "dents" happen?
One more :), it's been said that it is rare to watch your snake drink. The last couple days after handling he's been drinking a lot and then I see him out later in the day for more. This is OK right.....

    Thanks in advance

Eye denting can be from low humidity and possibly dehydration. Have you checked the humidity in the enclosure? Is the room overly dry?

This happened to me the other day. I just misted the enclosure to raise the humidity a little bit and the dent went away in about an hour. You may want to give that a try. I have the humidity at 70% since my BP is about to shed, but normally it is between 54% and 60%.

As for the drinking thing hopefully someone else can help you with that, as I rarely see my BP drinking.

    Good Luck.

Thanks....the humidity must have been a little low but you were right I handled him after work today and the dent was gone. As for the drinking, he still has a huge drink everytime I put him back in his home.....I'm hoping it's not a bad thing...
